I would recommend David to anyone friends and family. He did an amazing job on my sons case. He has great integrity and works hard for his client. This case was very out of the ordinary but David never asked us to settle for the offers instead worked hard and got the case dismissed. He was willing to work with us on the cost and worked harder then some of the attorneys where willing to do at a way better price. He always took my calls explained everything to detail so I could understand even though I was in a totally different state . If there where 10 stars he would deserve them!

David was very professional and reliable, he got my 5 charges down to 1 and got that charge reduced to a lesser charge. He also got my house arrest early terminated, and my probation terminated early. He was very fast setting up court dates and staying in touch and keeping me up to date on everything that was happening throughout the whole case. I highly recommend him, and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Mr. David is an amazing lawyer as well as an amazing human just to say the minimum , I couldn’t be happier that I choose to hire him plus he was recommend by another great person. He guided me through the whole time and was very attentive of how I was feeling in those hard moments and I think that was the most important part of this. I hired David Edelstein based on a recommendation from a friend. My friend told me how great of an attorney David was, but he completely undersold him. When David took my case I was in a dire situation. David walked me through the process, spent countless hours working on my case and prepared an incredible brief. He is a very gifted attorney and he knows the law inside and out. Even though my case was in Illinois and he was in Florida, the process of dealing with the court was very smooth. If someone gets in any kind of trouble my first response is to have them call David Edelstein. Not only is he a great lawyer, he cares specifically about his clients and works tirelessly to make sure he does everything he can to come up with a solution. Was facing some very serious charges and David was able to listen to my case and provide not only counsel but a calming demeanor. He was always available for communication and was extremely professional and prompt in his response. Fortunately, my case was dismissed at arraignment and no charges were filed much to the credit to David! The best attorney David Edelstein, who successfully handled my case. My case was related to domestic violence and stalking. With his in-depth knowledge of criminal law and his personality, David Edelstein has made my case a big success. He won in the Court and defended me. Having had a very bad experience with another lawyer in the Miami area, I approached David for help for a friend who was in a huge amount of trouble with the law. Immediately, I had confidence in David and he was able to put me entirely at ease and obtained the best result that could be obtained for my friend. I am a UK lawyer, appearing in courts at all levels there and know a good lawyer when I see one. David was top drawer.
